California Department of Transportation Certification

Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has just obtained certification for materials testing of soils, aggregates, hot-mix asphalt, and Portland cement concrete (PCC) from the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans). In addition to laboratory certification for these materials, several technicians also received their field sampling and testing certifications.
