Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been retained by Carson City Public Works Department to perform materials testing and inspection services during construction of the East Washington Street Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Pedestrian Improvements project. This project will involve the removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalk, curb, and gutter as well as the installation of storm drain culvert and asphalt concrete pavement. Work is scheduled to begin in April 2010.
