Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been retained by Applied Soil & Water Technologies to perform materials testing and inspection during construction of cooling and evaporation ponds at the Valmy Power Plant. On-site materials testing will be performed in one of our mobile laboratories and inspection services will include both earthwork and synthetic liner installation. Work is scheduled to begin in July 2009.
