Mr. Russell Bliss joined Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. as an non-destructive examination inspector. Non-destructive examination includes ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), liquid penetrant (PT), and radiographic (RT) inspection of structural steel and welding, services now offered by Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. These type of inspections completes our capabilities with respect to inspection of structural steel and welding and makes Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. the only firm in northern Nevada to provide such services.
