Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been subcontracted by CFA, Inc. to perform a geotechnical investigation, laboratory testing, and pavement analyses for the Sky Mountain Circle and Summit Ridge Drive project issued by the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County. This project will include a pavement condition survey and associated rehabilitation/reconstruction recommendations. Exploration is planned to begin in April 2009.
