Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has just been awarded a contract by Atkins (formerly PBS&J) to provide construction quality control and quality assurance services for the diagonal taxiway project at the Tonopah Airport. Black Eagle Consulting, Inc.’s scope of work will include materials testing and inspection services during subgrade preparation, aggregate base placement, and asphalt concrete paving operations. Work is expected to proceed in June 2009.
