UNR Medical Education Learning Lab Contract

Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has just been awarded a contract from the Nevada State Public Works Board to provide geotechnical consultation and perform materials testing and inspection during construction of the Medical Education Learning Lab Building at the University of Nevada Reno. This project will involve the construction of a multi-story, steel-framed building that will include Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls to minimize lateral earth pressure loading on basement walls at this facility. Work is scheduled to begin in December 2009.
