Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. just completed providing Contractor Quality Control (QC) testing and inspection services to Spanish Springs Construction during construction of the runway perimeter roadway and associated improvements at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Reno, Nevada. This project included mass grading, subgrade preparation, aggregate base placement, asphalt paving and installation of storm drain utilities, including a Portland cement concrete box culvert.
Our scope of work included field and laboratory testing of all soil materials, Portland cement concrete and asphalt paving.
