We are pleased to announce the promotion of Shaun A. Smith, P.E., from Vice President to President of Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. Shaun has been a strong business leader within our local engineering community for more than 15 years. It is his leadership and dedication to client service that led to the selection of Shaun for this position.
In assuming his new duties as President, Shaun will oversee the dedicated staff that we already have in place. In addition, he will also oversee daily operations including business development, marketing, project management, and client satisfaction. Shaun will work closely with our team of Senior Geotechnical Consultants and Division Managers to provide consistent and coordinated project delivery for our clients.

Shaun and our entire team understand that our top priorities are project performance, integrity, and building client relationships based on trust and respect.
