Virginia Street Bridge Project

Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has been retained by Jacobs to perform a geotechnical baseline investigation in support of a bridge-type selection study for the replacement of the Virginia Street Bridge in Reno, Nevada. Our scope of work will include advancing 2 borings to depths of 100 feet in order to assess existing foundation materials. Laboratory testing and preliminary geotechnical engineering analyses will aid in determining foundation type selection on the project. Work on this project started in March of 2011 and will be complete in May 2011.
