Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. has just been awarded a contract from Atkins (formerly PBS&J) to perform geotechnical engineering investigations and analyses in support of their work on the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) statewide bridge scour investigation. This project will involve the evaluation of 19 bridges and associated foundations. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin in August of 2009.
