Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. was contracted by RED Development, LLC to perform a geotechnical investigation, laboratory testing, and geotechnical engineering analyses associated with the proposed Waterfront project a at the Legends development at the Sparks Marina in Sparks, Nevada. Detailed static and pseudo-static slope stability analyses were performed to allow design of a waterfront structure along the shoreline at the Sparks Marina lake. Liquefaction analyses were also performed. Due to very tight construction schedules, this work was completed with 3 weeks, from exploration to report publication.
