Black Eagle Consulting services a wide variety of federal and state agencies, city and county public works departments, and private clients, such as: manufacturers, hotel/ casinos, shopping center developers, utility companies, mining companies, ranchers and farmers, and residential builders.
We work for agencies including but not limited to: The Nevada Department of Transportation for Freeways and Bridges, NV Energy, Ormat Geothermal, City of Reno, City of Sparks, Washoe County, Carson City, Lyon County, and the California Energy Commission on power plants and transmission lines.
Additionally, our private clientele work includes companies such as: J.C. Penney and Barnes and Noble distribution centers; Alston Construction Company, United Construction Company, and DP Partners on industrial facilities; the Atlantis Hotel and Station’s Casino on gaming projects; and Corona Cyan, Toll Brothers, Inc., Lennar, KB Home, and Capstone Communities on residential projects. Projects are primarily located in the state of Nevada. However, we also service the Eastern Sierra of Northern California and have federal projects in adjoining states.
Black Eagle Consulting commonly receives commendations and certificates of appreciation from clients and the University of Nevada, Reno. Our Regional Vice President, Shaun Smith, received the Outstanding Young Engineer of the Year award from the Nevada Society of Professional Engineers in 2007. Mr. Larry Johnson, a senior consultant with Black Eagle Consulting received a personal tribute given on the floor of the United States Senate by Senator and Minority Leader, the honorable Senator Harry Reid.
