Makita
The Makita Distribution Center project is an approximately 700,000-square-foot, warehouse-style building and associated asphalt concrete parking and driveway improvements on about 46.6 acres located in the North Valley area. Black Eagle Consulting, Inc. performed the geotechnical investigation, earthwork, special inspections, building and site concrete, infiltration testing, asphalt paving, and laboratory testing for the Makita project.
Sky Ranch Middle School
The new school is located on a 34.84-acre parcel; about 20 of those acres are being used for the middle school, and the remaining acreage will be available for a future elementary school.
